Over the phone coaching sessions are generally one hour a week and private NLP and Hypnosis sessions are one and a half to two hours. The number of sessions depends entirely on the issue(s) we are working with however unlike other forms of therapy, helping you does not take years and cost you thousands of dollars. We do not "watch the clock" so to speak with any sessions and if we are working through something a bit of extra time (if needed and within reason) is acceptable.
